Our Original Chile Pequin Pepper Jam aka Ol' Tejano has the boldest and smokiest heat out of all of our jams. Use it sparingly as a spicy glaze for grilled meats and seafood, or try topping baked Brie with it for some extra kick.  Incorporate it into stir-fries or marinades for a spicy twist.
