This Glaze was inspired by our Original Chile Pequin Jam aka Ol’ Tejano. Friends in the BBQ world loved the sweet heat of the jam but wanted something that could stick to their ribs. We aimed to create a truly special product for grilling and BBQ and this is the end result! From chicken to ribs, salmon to stir fry and veggies, y’all can get loco with our Glaze.
It also works well as a dipping sauce for sliced sausage. Some of the bars and restaurants use it to make spicy margs.
