1 Tbsp. Brushfire Farms Original Pepper Jam
2 oz. Lalo Tequila (silver tequila)Â
1.5 oz. fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Cointreau or Triple SecÂ
TajÃn or Chile Lime SeasoningÂ
sliced Jalapeño or Dehydrated Lime for garnishÂ

Step 1: Â In jam jar, combine Pepper Jam, a few ice cubes, Tequila, Cointreau and Lime Juice. Â Screw lid back on and shake for 10 seconds. Â
Step 2:  Rim glass with Chile Lime Seasoning and fill to the brim with ice.  Pour cocktail through a strainer over ice.  Garnish with Jalapeño or Lime and enjoy! Â
