Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Venison
3 Tbsp. Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp. Meat Church Holy Gospel Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
½ Cup Sweet Onion, fine chopped
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Pack (12 Rolls) Kings Hawaiian Rolls
1 Tbsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 Cup freshly grated Gruyere Cheese (Cheddar is a good substitute)
Stanley’s Famous Pit BBQ Sweet Hot Pickles
Schilo’s Hot Mustard (as a dipping sauce)
Brushfire Farms Cranberry Pepper Sauce (as a dipping sauce)

Process:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine Venison, Seasoning and Worcestershire Sauce and mix together.
Step 2: On a hot griddle, add Avocado Oil and cook Venison for a few minutes until brown while breaking up meat into smaller pieces. Then add Sweet Onion and Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce. Stir frequently, until meat crisps up just a bit. Total cook time 10 -15 minutes.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half with a serrated bread knife and place bottom half on baking sheet. Place Venison mixture on bottom side of rolls and spread out evenly. Top with Sweet Hot Pickles and freshly grated cheese. Brush tops of buns with melted butter and season with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Cover in foil and wrap. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Serve with Schilo’s Hot Mustard and Brushfire Farms Cranberry Pepper Sauce or your favorite dipping sauces. Pull apart sliders and enjoy!
