Ingredients (All available at Central Market):
- 1 Pack Athens Phyllo Shells
- 1 Wedge Brie Cheese (we suggest Henri Hutin Brie Couronne)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives, fine chopped
- Central Market Honey Toasted Pecans, 4 oz.
- ½ Cup Brushfire Farms Cranberry Pepper Sauce
Process:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place Candied Pecans in Ziploc bag and crush with mallet until they are crumbs.
- Shake Cranberry Pepper Sauce well and pour into a bowl.
- Add dollop of Brie to each Phyllo Shell and bake from 5-8 min.
- Pull from oven, let cool a few minutes and then spoon ½ tsp. Cranberry Pepper Sauce onto each bite.
- Top with Candied Pecan crumbs and Chives and enjoy!
