BBQ Chicken Ranch Dip

Ingredients: 

 

·      2 cups shredded chicken

·      1 chopped Jalapeño

·      ½ cup chopped Green Onion

·      1 block of Cream Cheese (8 oz.)

·      2 cups freshly grated Cheddar cheese

·      2 cups freshly grated Monterrey Jack cheese

·      6 oz. Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear BBQ Sauce (roughly half a bottle)

·      ¼ cup Ranch Dressing

·      1 Tbsp. Meat Church Holy Gospel Seasoning (or your favorite BBQ Rub)

·      8” Cast Iron Skillet

·      For dipping, we suggest Frito Scoops or crackers

 

Process:

 

Step 1:  Preheat oven to 450 F°.  In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine chicken, BBQ Sauce, seasoning, cream cheese, jalapeño, half of the green onions, and one cup of each shredded cheese.  Mix together well and spread evenly into cast iron skillet.

 

Step 2:  Top the dip mixture evenly with the remaining shredded cheese and bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on top.

 

Step 3:  Remove from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes.  Garnish with remaining green onions and drizzle Ranch dressing on top.  Serve and enjoy!!!
