South Tejas Ranch Water

Ingredients: 

Tajín or Chile Lime Seasoning

2 oz. Silver Tequila

3 oz. Topo Chico Mineral Water or another Sparkling Mineral Water

Juice of 1 whole lime

1 Tbsp. Brushfire Farms Prickly Pear Syrup

Process: 

-       Slice lime in half and rub it along one side of exterior rim of the glass.

-       Sprinkle Tajín or Chile Lime Seasoning along the rim.

-       Fill glass completely to the top with ice and add Tequila, Topo Chico, Lime Juice and Prickly Pear Syrup. 

-       Stir and enjoy!
